Cars with Pete — Lead Form Privacy Policy

Cars with Pete is the personal automotive sales brand of Paul “Pete” Nielson, currently a sales consultant at Corwin Subaru in Moorhead, Minnesota. This policy explains how information submitted through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms is handled.

Information collected

We collect the information you submit, which may include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle interests, purchase timeframe, preferred contact method, and any details you provide about your vehicle needs.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, credit application details, or other sensitive financial information through these forms.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss vehicle options and availability, arrange appointments or test drives, and follow up regarding your vehicle search. We may also record your inquiry and its outcome to evaluate our advertising.

Who may receive your information

Your information may be shared with appropriate Corwin Subaru employees and stored in dealership customer relationship management and communication systems to assist with your inquiry. Providers supporting those systems may process information on our behalf.

Facebook and Instagram also process information under Meta’s own privacy policy. Once your information is entered into Corwin’s systems, Corwin’s privacy practices also apply.

Information collected for a Corwin Subaru inquiry will not be transferred to another dealership for marketing simply because Pete changes employment.

Submitting an inquiry does not require you to purchase a vehicle.
